The very day I had the idea to do this, I started taking the photographs. It's a shame I didn't also create this photo-journal, but ah well. I decided my first subject would by the lake and our dock, and this is what I came up with.


This is our dock, built by my stepfather, and a view of the lake on which we live.

Here is a leafy plant, growing through the cracks of the cement landing.
